Jamal was amazing. He showed us different levels of comfort and price ranges and gave us space to discuss how we felt about each one we "tried on." He also laid down some interesting facts about the body- how we sleep, adjust, including skin shedding. He and his team made it very comfortable to shop without pressure. Free delivery if it's dropped off at the door, unless one needs to have it set up and old mattresses need to be hauled off. We got a very good deal during the holiday weekend. He explained that inventory moves fast. If it takes more than a week to pick up the product, it could go to another customer and I'd wait until more came in, which is completely understandable. At first I was going to pick it up but plans changed. I called on Tuesday and scheduled the delivery for Thursday. I received my mattress on time and the guys were very nice and professional.
