Jamal was amazing. He showed us different levels of comfort and price ranges and gave us space to discuss how we felt about each one we "tried on." He also laid down some interesting facts about the body- how we sleep, adjust, including skin shedding. He and his team made it very comfortable to shop without pressure. Free delivery if it's dropped off at the door, unless one needs to have it set up and old mattresses need to be hauled off. We got a very good deal during the holiday weekend. He explained that inventory moves fast. If it takes more than a week to pick up the product, it could go to another customer and I'd wait until more came in, which is completely understandable. At first I was going to pick it up but plans changed. I called on Tuesday and scheduled the delivery for Thursday. I received my mattress on time and the guys were very nice and professional. The delivery was the fastest I have ever experienced in comparison to some in the past. I recommend seeing Jamal and his team.

Emmanuel killed it! Excellent experience! Went in "looking" for a new bed for my daughter. He went above and beyond taking the time to be informative, was chill and just an overall great guy. He showed us options in my budget and the deals were phenomenal. I've never felt so comfortable and happy in a sales environment. I appreciate that he was not pushy, he felt more like a friend. Emmanuel has a great personality and my kids (teens) loved him as well. It was later in the evening and he set up delivery for my last item due to the time. I don't think I will ever shop anywhere else for bedding again! This place takes care of you, you won't be disappointed. #happymama

Heather was the best! Super helpful and pleasant to work with! She also got us a great deal! We bought a mattress from the Mattress Firm on Ina and Oracle three years ago and was very happy with the service and mattress. So we went back today to buy another mattress for the guest bedroom of our new home. Service was just as great!

Eugene & Marco helped me find a couch that fit my living room size, comfort level, and color scheme. Explained protection plans and delivery options. Easily found the perfect couch. EDIT(after delivery): Marino (sp?) was amazing, got my couch delivered when they said it'd be. Had a difficult entrance way for the sectional to get through. Was extremely patient and worked with me to get around the railing.

After having our couches for a year I can honestly say I wish we never bought them. Granted they were not very expensive, but it shows in the poor construction. They look like we’ve had them for a decade- the cushions are saggy and shapeless, the back cushions are just covers filled with stuffing no actual shaped cushion… the material under the cushions and along the bottom of the sofas is so cheap it tore the day we got them so we just have a giant hole underneath the cushion. I did add an extra star to this review because the store staff was very helpful and pleasant, I just wish the quality of the furniture matched. Would rather have a futon at this point.
